I finally took down the piece of plywood that had been barricading this doorway (separating the dining room from the new construction) since early May. There's a guy from the flooring company (Artisan Flooring) checking out the work in the kitchen.

Trinity has been barricaded to prevent her from getting in everyone's way, but now she can look at everything from our temporary digs in the living room. (Temporary = two months)

New flooring has been laid down all the way to the bay window, but it's been covered up by the work crew so they can work on the laundry area without damaging the floor.
