We need to figure out how to cap or trim out the ugly PVC access port for the laundry drain. Theoretically it's required by code so they can run a snake into the laundry drain if necessary. *

There's a mysterious wire hanging out at the base of the laundry cabinet, near the bay window. I have no idea when it first showed up or what it does. I need to do some research and look at previous construction photos. *
